Creating a Safe Space with Calm, Care, and Support
My goal as a Somatic Breathwork facilitator is to give you the freedom to simply be; there is no need to have everything worked out or to feel compelled to speak. It's just an open call to take a deep breath, pay attention to your inner state, and treat yourself with love.
The best part is that everyone’s experience is their own and unique. Some people feel release, some find clarity, and others just feel a little lighter. Whatever shows up is welcome.
I use a combination of somatic therapy techniques, grounded breathwork techniques, and a gentle, intuitive approach to help you feel safe, supported, and free to explore what your body is ready to release.

I provide courses and programmes for Somato Respiratory Integration (SRI) to assist you in re-establishing a delicate connection with your body, breath, and inner rhythm. If we collaborate, healing is easier and faster.
In Somato Respiratory Integration sessions, we explore the 12 Stages of Healing together through breath, movement, and awareness. You don’t need to have any prior experience—just show up as you are. Attend a session; it is a good chance and time to pause, soften, and listen to your body.
