What Is Somatic Breathwork?

Somatic breathwork blends conscious connected breathing with attuned body awareness. “Somatic” means tuning into your body. Rather than intellectualizing your experience, we allow intentional breath to guide sensations, emotions, and energy to surface—so your nervous system and body can begin to unwind and release deep somatic holds.

Our bodies often store unresolved emotions—like stress, grief, or tension—in places like the chest, shoulders, or gut. Somatic breathwork offers a deeply healing path to release these patterns, as your breath supports nervous system regulation and opens a doorway for emotional processing. It’s a somatic journey toward calm, ease, and integration.

How It Works

Embodied Breath
Through circular, connected breaths and subtle movement or somatic awareness, the body learns to let go of tension, allowing nervous system regulation and somatic release.

Natural Unfolding
You may experience tears, shaking, energy release, or peaceful stillness. Some people notice deep insights or renewed clarity. Each journey is unique.
