I’m Suzette—

I’m so glad you’re here.

I understand these questions—I asked them too. After years of searching, therapy, self-work, and spiritual practice, I found something that truly reset my nervous system and transformed my inner world.…the simple, powerful act of conscious breath. Through breathwork, I reclaimed my inner peace, felt safe in my body again, and discovered a life filled with meaning, ease, and presence.

Now, I’m deeply honored to guide others to that same truth—to remember who they truly are, beyond the stress, tension, and stories. I’m here as your gentle guide, your champion, and your soft landing. Breath by breath, I hold space for you to come back home to yourself.

My Journey & Credentials

I’m a certified breathwork facilitator trained in conscious connected and somatic breathwork.
My specialization is nervous system regulation—a skill I personally relied on to heal anxiety and chronic stress.
I work privately in homes (in Conroe, The Woodlands, and Houston) and virtually via Zoom, creating warm, inviting environments that feel like refuge.

My own practice began as a way to manage extreme anxiety and emotional overwhelm. That practice gave me back my nervous system and rekindled my sense of joy and presence. Today, it’s my life’s work—and my greatest love—to walk others into those same moments of release and reconnection.

Embodied Healing: Through intentional breath and somatic awareness, we invite emotional and energetic release—without needing to relive your past.
